Dr. Samuels-Stein is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.

She is trained to work with individuals who have been diagnosed and or have many of the characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mood or Anxiety Disorders, significant behavioral issues, and Learning Disabilites. Furthermore, Dr. Stein is skilled in consulting with school staff concerning behavior modification plans, psycho-educational evaluations, and placement concerns for special education and regular education children and adolescents. She specializes in leading transition groups for individuals who are experiencing anxiety related to a life change.

Dr. Stein is also trained to run social skills groups for all ages. Dr. Stein received her Ph.D. from Fordham University in School Psychology. She has been practicing as a school psychologist for the past 10 years.
