Allison Kleinman is the Director of Adaptations, the Young Adult Life Skills Network at a NY area Jewish Community Center. Allison creates and facilitates social programming, social skills groups and individual counseling for people in their 20’s and 30’s with learning and communication disabilities. She works with individuals to improve upon their communication skills, social anxiety and daily living skills as well as to explore career options.

Allison worked at United Jewish Communities for five years. After two years as Manager of Client Services in UJC Consulting, Allison joined the UJC Mandel Center team as the Senior Manager, HRD Consulting. In this capacity, she helped to recruit and retain early career level professionals in the Jewish federation system as well as to create professional and volunteer training and development. Allison graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Psychology and gained her Clinical MSW from Fordham University.
